Prosedur Pendaftaran :

Melakukan Registrasi awal pada http://pendaftaran.pmb.unand.ac.id, kemudian klik Pembelian PIN untuk memperoleh KAP dan PIN, kemudian cek di email untuk melihat KAP dan PIN (di email masuk atau spam).
Melakukan Pembayaran pada Bank Syariah Mandiri sebesar Rp. 500.000,- untuk aktivasi KAP dan PIN
Melakukan pendaftaran dan pengisian formulir pendaftaran secara online melalui website : http://pendaftaran.pmb.unand.ac.id untuk mendapatkan kartu peserta

Persyaratan

ijazah dan transkip nilai S1,S2 asli untuk calon pendaftar S3 (Doktor) (Tidak bisa menggunakan SKL)
Surat keterangan sehat dari dokter
Rancangan penulisan ide penelitian untuk calon pendaftar S3 (minimal 1000 kata)
Surat kesediaan dari calon promotor/ pembimbing untuk calon pendaftar S3
Surat rekomendasi akademis dari dua orang dosen/pembimbing pendidikan sebelumnya
Melampirkan slip bukti pembelian PIN dari Bank
Melampirkan Sertifikat Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Asal
Melampirkan Surat Izin dari pimpinan bagi yang sudah bekerja
Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi atau Program Studi terakreditasi

Prosedur Pendaftaran :

Pendaftar melakukan Pembelian PIN pada situs http://pendaftaran.pmb.unand.ac.id
Melakukan pengisian biodata untuk memperoleh KAP dan PIN
Aktivasi KAP dan PIN dengan melakukan Pembayaran pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Nagari, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri sebagai id billing = KAP sebesar :
- S3 = Rp. 750.000,-
Login kembali ke situs http://pendaftaran.pmb.unand.ac.id , klik Pengisian Borang Pendaftaran
Melakukan pengisian formulir pendaftaran secara online
Melakukan upload berkas yang di syaratkan
Finalisasi untuk mendapatkan kartu peserta yang mana akan tertera jadwal ujian, tempat ujian daan informasi lainnya
Pengumuman peserta yang diterima akan diumumkan sesuai tanggal yang telah ditetapkan pada jadwal kegiatan. Peserta dapat melihat hasil pengumuman pada situs : pengumuman.pmb.unand.ac.id

Visi dari Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil adalah:
“Menjadi Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil yang bermartabat dan bereputasi internasional yang berorientasi pada pengurangan risiko bencana.”

Misi program studi
Mengacu kepada visi yang telah ditetapkan, maka misi dari Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil adalah:
1.   Menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan yang bermartabat dan berkualitas dalam bidang rekayasa sipil.
2.   Menyelenggarakan penelitian yang bereputasi internasional dan berorientasi pada pengurangan risiko bencana.
3.   Melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkualitas dan aplikatif dalam bidang rekayasa sipil.
4.   Menjalin jaringan kerjasama yang produktif dan berkelanjutan dengan lembaga pendidikan, pemerintahan, dan dunia usaha.
5.   Mewujudkan tata kelola yang baik dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan.

Tujuan program studi
Dengan mengacu kepada visi dan misi misi, tujuan dari Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil adalah sebagai berikut:

2. Berkas diterima paling lambat 1 Mei 2017 di Biro Akademik dan
Kemahasiswaan Gedung Rektorat Lt. I Kampus Unand Limau Manis Padang
3. Ujian TPA, TOEFL 6 Mei 2017.
4. Ujian/ Wawancara Prodi 6 - 7 Mei 2017
5. Pengumuman Hasil Kelulusan Gelombang I tgl 19 Mei 2017
6. Registrasi Gelombang I 22 Mei- 7 Juli 2017
7. Awal Perkuliahan 7 Agustus 2017

Proses pendaftaran dimulai dengan melakukan pembayaran uang pendaftaran sebesar Rp. 500.000 di Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) dimanapun berada. setelah melakukan pembayaran, calon mahasiswa mendapatkan username dan password (PIN) untuk melakukan proses berikutnya.
